This past fall, I had the immense pleasure of reconnecting with Jessica and Stefan for a family and maternity session as they eagerly awaited the arrival of their second baby—a precious baby boy. I first met Jessica and Stefan in 2023 when I had the honor of capturing their son’s first birthday photos at Parlee Beach in Shediac. The session took place at sunset, painting the perfect backdrop for celebrating such a special milestone. To be invited back into their lives to document yet another meaningful moment is something I am truly grateful for.
For this session, we gathered at their beautiful home overlooking the water. The setting was as serene and breathtaking as the family’s bond, with the golden hues of the setting sun adding warmth to every frame. Their eldest son, now two years old, was an energetic little explorer, and we let him lead the way during the session. From picking apples in the yard to playing tag and enjoying piggyback rides, the joy and love this family shares were evident in every interaction. These candid moments, filled with laughter and play, perfectly captured the essence of this exciting chapter in their lives.
Jessica and Stefan’s connection as a couple and their devotion to their growing family were heartwarming to witness. It’s always a privilege to see and document the authentic love between families, and this session was no exception.
