Together, we’ll choose a meaningful location — whether that’s a golden field, a coastal shoreline, a charming downtown, or a space that feels personal to your story. During the session, I’ll provide gentle direction and prompts to encourage natural interaction and genuine moments of connection.


You’ll leave with a collection of light-filled, artfully crafted images that tell your story in this season of life — images you’ll love sharing now and cherishing for years to come.

• A private online gallery of hand-edited, high-resolution images

Your session is also the perfect time to create images for save-the-dates, wedding websites, guest books, or simply to document your story beyond the wedding day.

We’ll discuss your vision, location preferences, and any special details you’d love to include.


3. Secure Your Date

Once you’re ready, you’ll sign a contract and pay the session retainer to officially reserve your spot on my calendar.


4. Capture

On session day, we’ll focus on joy, connection, and creating imagery that feels true to your relationship.

When should we book our engagement session?

Engagement sessions are typically booked 6–9 months before your wedding day, but can be scheduled any time that feels meaningful to you. I recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons.

Where will my session take place?

I’ll help you select a location (or multiple locations) that reflect your style and story. Whether you love nature, the coast, urban charm, or a space that holds personal meaning, we’ll create images that feel true to you.

We’re a little nervous in front of the camera — is that okay?

Of course! The vast majority of my couples say the same thing. I’ll guide you gently throughout the session so you feel relaxed and at ease. The focus is on connection and natural interaction — not stiff posing.

Is an engagement session included in your wedding packages?

Engagement sessions are available as a stand-alone session or as an add-on to any wedding package at a discounted rate. Many of my couples love including an engagement session to create images for their wedding stationery and to feel comfortable working with me before their wedding day. My largest package, The Legacy Collection, does include a complimentary engagement session.
